Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• To make and ship your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address, the circuits you chose and your plate text. Legal basis: the contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting records: order and payment records, as Italian law requires (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
• To answer you: what you write when you email us.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't send newsletters.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes your payment on its own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe only, and Stripe's privacy policy applies to that page.
• The courier receives your name, address and phone to deliver the parcel.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as the EU standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: 10 years, as Italian law requires for accounting. Emails: as long as needed to answer you and handle your order.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. The Stripe checkout page uses the cookies it needs to process the payment safely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to get a copy (GDPR arts. 15-22). Email us and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
